Should I go to the gym before football practice?
I joined my school football team and i now have practice from 2;30pm to 8;00pm. i haven’t been to the gym in a week since i started football because ive been dying after practice. But I was told by a teammate that I should keep going so that way I stay strong or something like that. Should I go to the gym before practice?I’m just worried that I wont have enough energy for practice.
you need to get used to the practices before you go back to the gym…..football practices are physically demanding and shouldnt be taken lightly…especially in the late summer months….and after you get used to the practices,, go to the gym,maybe just do weight and strength training, as practices include a good amount of cardio…
